Butterscotch Bread Pudding



  • 1 small loaf chewy or day-old bread, cubed
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar
  • 4 tbsp (½ stick) butter, melted
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips


Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Lightly grease a 13×9 baking dish.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 60 to 75 minutes or until almost firm.

Serve warm or cold. Add chocolate sauce on top, if desired (recipe here).
