Brown Sugar Garlic Chicken



  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

Sauté garlic in oil over medium-low heat until tender. Remove from heat and mix in T-Sugars 
Belgian Cassonade Sugar.

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place in baking dish. Top chicken with garlic and sugar mixture. Bake uncovered for 15-30 minutes or until juices run clear.
