- 4-5 large sweet potatoes
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) salted butter
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet. Peel sweet potatoes and dice into 1-inch cubes.
In large pan, combine balsamic vinegar and
T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar and bring to a boil. Turn down heat to medium-low and simmer until mixture begins to reduce and thicken. Stir in butter and salt.
Toss sweet potatoes in sauce and spread onto baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned on edges.
