Sweet Blackened Salmon

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 (4 oz.) salmon filets, skin removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • 2 tsp T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar
  • 2 tsp blackening seasoning
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning

DIRECTIONS

Combine T-Sugars Belgian Cassonade Sugar and seasonings in small bowl and set aside. Coat salmon evenly using 1 tablespoon of olive oil, then rub with seasoning mixture.

Heat remaining tablespoon of oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon for 5-6 minutes on each side.
