Cinnamon Anise Tea
- 700ml water
- 10ml whole anise seeds
- 15ml lemon juice (or to taste)
- 1 T-Sugars Hard Cube
- 30ml honey
- 2 tea bags (preferably black tea)
Add all ingredients, except the tea bags, to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Strain using a sieve or fine-mesh colander. Pour the strained liquid into tea cups and add one tea bag to each cup. Steep for 3-4 minutes, but do not allow to cool.
