Costa Rican "Light" Agua de Sapo
- 2 litres water
- 24 T-Sugars Sweet Conscious White Sugar Cubes
- 125g fresh ginger, coarsely chopped or to taste
- 240ml fresh lemon juice
Bring the water to the boil. Add ginger and T-Sugars Sweet Conscious White Sugar Cubes and cook until the cubes have dissolved and the ginger infuses the water (usually about 20 minutes). Allow to cool completely. Strain using a sieve or fine-mesh colander. Add fresh lemon juice and serve over ice.
