Café con Leche
- 48g freshly ground coffee (for best results, use a dark roast)
- 475ml boiling water
- 475ml whole, full-fat milk
- T-Sugars Hard Cubes (to taste)
- Cinnamon or nutmeg (to taste)
Add coffee to the bottom of a French press and add the boiling water. Cover with the press lid and allow to steep for 5 minutes. While the coffee is steeping, heat the milk on the stovetop or microwave until it just starts to bubble. Do not bring to a full boil. Keep milk very warm until coffee is done. After the coffee is done, press the coffee and pour into 4 cups. Add the warm milk to each cup. Add T-Sugars Hard Cubes to taste and a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top, if desired.
